Generate ERG Workout
Enter your FTP in watts. For RPE workouts, use the following
RPE=3 - Your recovery FTP (~45%)
RPE=10 - Your max FTP (~125+%)
These values are different for each person. Keep that in mind when generating your file.
Workout Time (minutes):
FTP Estimater ... do this to discover MAP and estimate FTP. Generate file using FTP of 100. After 5 minute spin at 75 watts, Starts at 100watts and steps up 25 watts every 2 1/2 minutes. Ride until failure. Record the power at last level (PLL) and time completed at the last level in seconds(TLL). MAP = (TLL/150 * 25) + PLL FTP = MAP * 0.825 20min = FTP * 1.05 8min = FTP * 1.10
