Generate ERG Workout
Enter your FTP in watts. For RPE workouts, use the following
RPE=3 - Your recovery FTP (~45%)
RPE=10 - Your max FTP (~125+%)
These values are different for each person. Keep that in mind when generating your file.
Workout Time (minutes):
FTP Estimater ... do this to discover MAP and estimate FTP. Generate file using FTP of 100. After 10 minute spin at 75 watts, Starts at 100watts and steps up 25 watts every 2 1/2 minutes. Ride until failure. Record the power at last level (PLL) and time completed at the last level in seconds(TLL). MAP = (TLL/150 * 25) + PLL FTP = MAP * 0.825 20min = FTP * 1.05 8min = FTP * 1.10
